Fulfillment Policy

At OutboundHero, we provide outbound lead generation services for commercial cleaning and commercial insurance companies. Our goal is to consistently deliver high-quality, exclusive commercial leads through cold email outreach. Please review the following terms regarding service fulfillment, guarantees, and cancellation.
Service Fulfillment
Fulfillment begins immediately following your onboarding call. During this call, we collect your targeting preferences, service areas, and other necessary information to begin outreach. By proceeding with OutboundHero, you acknowledge that fulfillment officially begins once the onboarding call is complete.
Lead Guarantee
We guarantee a minimum of 10 qualified commercial leads per month. These are exclusive replies from decision-makers who have shown interest in your services. Lead volume can often exceed this minimum depending on factors such as service area size, business type targeting, and email deliverability performance.
Service Agreement
All terms, including pricing, campaign scope, and billing, are confirmed in writing prior to onboarding. Email confirmation of terms is considered binding.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once fulfillment begins. This includes campaign setup, lead sourcing, email warmup, and outreach activities.
Cancellation Policy
Our service is month-to-month, but we require 15 days’ notice prior to your next billing date to cancel. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. If less than 15 days’ notice is given, the upcoming month will be billed and service will continue until the end of that cycle.
No Guarantee of Closed Deals
While we guarantee qualified leads, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as closed deals or revenue. Results depend on multiple factors, including your responsiveness, sales process, and ability to convert interest into walkthroughs and contracts.
Responsibility Disclaimer
OutboundHero is not responsible for deliverability issues or platform-related challenges beyond our control (e.g., domain blacklisting or client-side email inactivity). We will actively monitor your outreach system and assist in resolving any issues that affect lead delivery.
